Across western Washington, Cascadia Pharmacy Group member-owner Courtney Quinby, PharmD, leads — alongside her husband, William Quinby, PharmD — a growing network of independent community pharmacies rooted in one belief: pharmacy care is ultimately about relationships.
As a pharmacist, owner, mentor, and advocate, Courtney is passionate about preserving and strengthening independent pharmacy while building community-centered businesses designed to serve generations to come. Under their leadership, pharmacies across Washington have expanded clinical services, modernized operations, invested in automation and innovation, and deepened relationships with the communities they serve — without losing the personalized care that defines independent pharmacy.
Courtney is known for combining compassionate patient care with forward-thinking leadership. Her work focuses on developing sustainable independent pharmacy models, mentoring future pharmacists and technicians, advancing community-based residency training, and advocating for meaningful healthcare reform that protects patient access to local pharmacy care.
