In addition to owning 2 pharmacies in central Washington, Jacqueline is the current chair of Washington State Pharmacy Association Independent Practice academy and serves on the WSPA board of directors. She is also on the CPESN Washington board of directors and active within the network. She is passionate about independent community pharmacy and expanding its role especially in rural communities. She has partnered with the local county health department to address care gaps for patients with mental illness, and implemented minor medical care and medications for opioid use disorder prescribing in the pharmacy.
